The latest information about the spread of COVID-19 (i.e. the corona virus) indicates that the situation in the region of Northern Spain, including Galicia, is still precarious and probably will remain so for the time being. Likewise, restrictions in several European countries will continue to discourage traveling and the celebration of events.

Therefore, the competent body of NISE was forced for a second time to postpone the NISE conference and annual gathering, scheduled for 28-30 October in Santiago de Compostela, to the last week of May 2021. A concrete date is not fixed yet, but will soon be communicated.

We are very much aware of the inconvenience that this decision may cause and thank you all for your understanding.
