The NISE Annual Gathering for 2017 takes place at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (Germany) from 31 May to 2 June.

Scientific Council member Xosé Manoel Núñez Seixas is our host. The gathering is co-organised by the University of Antwerp (UA) as part of the ICA project.

Alongside the annual meetings of NISE’s constituting bodies, a preparatory debate on the choice of subjects for the DIANE research strategy, a workshop on Emotions and everyday nationhood and a lecture by Michael Brenner on Zionism and national movements are planned.
