This conference aims at shedding some light on the relationship between the formation of a nation and the elements that might constitute its destruction by focusing on one specific case study: the destruction of ‘national’ monuments.
3 key-note speakers and 13 lecturers will elaborate on the matter throught the day, tackling different cases from Europe, USA, Canada and South Africa.
